South Korea....I LOVE You

This blogpost is going to be completely dedicated to a country that i fell in love with ,South korea,i just wanted to share with whoever is reading this article ,the Love i have towards this country and why i love it so much.
My story with South korea started a few years ago ,when they started airing on television a couple of korean tv shows ,as a Moroccan ,we are very open to other cultures and countries and we do watch movies and series from all over the world ,so at first i didn’t watch much of it and didn’t think i would be interested in korean shows, and then one day i decided to give it a go and watch a very popular tv series at the time Boys over flowers and that was the beginning i just fell in Love with the drama ,and there for ,i started watching more and more tv series and movies, especially that in that year i was studying in a different city and living by my self ,so i had a loooot o time to kill and i spent it by watching every single Kdrama there is , and then i moved to watching variety shows and let me tell you something ,i honestly find that Korean variety shows are some of the best i have ever watched ,they’re just helariouuuuus ,not to forget  Kpop which is also really really good music.
I have always thought of Literature ,Cinema ,television and music as a window of every country to the rest of the world ,you get to learn a LOT about a country throught them ,i consider my self now someone who knows a lot about korean culture ,traditions ,music.life style ,humour and people’s attitudes before even visiting it ,which i think is quite interesting that in our generation ,with the internet and the access to information we get to know a lot about other nations without even physically going to visit them.

Because i was so interested in anything Korean ,i made some korean friends throught the Internet ,who are very dear to my heart and one of those friends is actually very close to me and we talk basically every day, throught my conversations with these friends ,i also found out that the people of that country are actually some of the nicest i met ,very genuine people and kind-hearted ,which made me love that country even more and really exited and hopefull that one day i will go and visit it

PEACE OF MIND

Peace of mind

Some of you might think what a random subject to talk about, i know, right!! what’s even weirder is that I’m writing this blog post at 04:25 in the morning ,i still haven’t had any sleep just yet ,but i just had the desire to write down my ideas and chose to just share with you guys my thoughts ,so hopefully you’ll bare with me and hear me out ,if you are willing to do that then thumbs up for you ,you’re awesome if not its okay ,i don’t hold grudges    haha
Anyways, for me, I always felt that one of the major factors of living a happy life is having a certain peace of mind, it’s my philosophy of living my life, I’m not perfect, I’m not happy all the time, I’m only human.
I’m a twenty three year old young lady who tries her best to live her life based on what she believes in, some people think I’m old school, but hey, just because the world is going wrong, doesn’t mean I should go wrong too, and i am genuinely not trying to say that I’m perfect or i do the right thing all the time, I’m far away from that, i mean i wish i could but that’s impossible but,   I do try to do what i believe is right , because at the end of the day ,i want to be able to sleep at night peacefully and not feel like there’s a huge weight on my chest ,I don’t know if it’s just me or that everyone does this ,but almost every night when i put my head on my pillow ,unless I’m too tired ,then i fall asleep instantly ,but most of the time ,i actually think of everything I’ve done during that day ,i blame my self for the things I’ve done wrong ,praise my self for the things I’ve done right. Laugh at my self for the embarrassing moments that i experienced, but unless i feel in peace with my self, and not in conflict with my own values and beliefs, there’s no way i could live my life, that is why i consider that having a piece of mind, being in complete agreement with our selves, following our hearts and natural instinct is the key to living a comfortable, quite and happy life.

I have so many things to say about this subject, but I  don’t want this article to be so long and boring, I hope you liked reading it ,and I sincerely thank you for taking the time to actually read it.

To change or not to change

I am someone who loves meeting new people from around the world ,i come from a culture that is very rich with traditions and has its own identity ,but at the same time ,that is very open and accepts easily new cultures from around the world .
i wish i could travel the world ,i think my personality has changed a loooooot since i started traveling ,i am no longer as shy as i used to be ,i am still quite a shy person ,but trust me ,you have no idea how extremely shy i used to be ,its crazy ,but now i feel like i'm more outgoing and i try new things ,which is something i used to be so afraid of before ,i used to hate changes ,i just wanted to maintain the status quo ,to do the things i'm used to do and never get out of my comfort zone ,as i grew older ,and i actually had the courage to try on new things ,such as traveling ,i realized that change can be actually quite nice ,and made me see how much opportunities i missed just because i was too afraid and anxious to try on new things ,i am not trying to say that i'm completely an outgoing person now and that i'm always up for an adventure ,no no nooooo ,haha ,i still get really anxious and always try to talk my self out of doing anything new ,but what i'm trying to say is that i try to push my self harder and not always decline new opportunities just because they're new and i don't know what the outcome might be ,but after all ,that is what life is all about ,it's unpredictable ,and we'll never know unless we actually try.

Travel guide to ITALY

Travel guide to ITALY :Rome/Florence/Venizia

ROME :

last february ,i was lucky enough to go to italy for eight days ,i've always wanted to visit Italy since i was a little girl ,and i can't believe i got the opportunity to make that dream a reality.Italy is a beautiful country ,i loved everything about it ,the history ,the monuments, the food ,the people .seriously everything ,it was an experience i will always carry with me .

our first destination was ROME ,and may i just say,it's one of the best cities i have ever been to ,it's just magical ,it is definitely my favorite city of the trip ,and i definitely hope i could go back in the future.
we dedicated the first day to visit famous places in Rome such as :the colosseo,Palatino,Acro de Costantino,Areo di tito ,Santi Geovanni e Paolo.we got to really experience the rich history of this city and enjoy all the monuments .

at night time ,we decided to go check an area called Spagna ,which is basically a long street where you can find a lot of shops and luxurious brands for clothing ,and since our hotel was in the Manzoni area ,it was quite easy to go from an area to another using the train ,and there's only five stations if i remember correctly from Manzoni to Spagna .
during our second day in Rome ,we took the train and stopped at a station called Barberini ,then by walking we went to see Fontana de trevi which was simply beaaaaaautiful

after that ,we jumped into the train once again and stopped at station Ottaviano and walked into the Basilica S.pietro where we saw the vaticano,in this area , you can also find a lot of shops and shopping centers.

FLORENCE :

or Firenzi as the italians call it ,well this was without a doubt one of the most beautiful and calm cities i've ever been to ,it was just so relaxing and rich of history ,we spent most of our time wandering around taking photos of the beautiful views and enjoying our selves with delicious food and irresistible gelato (Ice cream).

VENIZIA :

and we saved the best for last ,Venise .Venise felt like opening a book of ages ago and diving into it ,our whole purpose of choosing to visit Italy in february was to be able to attend venise carnaval ,which may i just say was interesting ,entertaining and sooo special .Venise is definitely a city to visit at least for once in your life time ,it is just a city like no other ,everything about it is special ,it is quite a touristy city and can be a little expensive ,but it is definitely worth it .we got to experience the carnaval ,to see a lot of people wearing some amazing costumes ,and we got to see a city where there's actually no cars ,yeah ,that was quite something.
